We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Santa Fe district was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service available for our convenience. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped rooms with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The view from our room was breathtaking, giving us a zen-like experience. The swimming pool, although a bit cold, looked great and added to the overall experience. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast, presented with style and design, was delicious and satisfying.

We had a great stay in this modern and stylish hotel. The location is good, situated in a recently developed area, close to the convention center and the shopping center. The hotel is very clean and equipped with excellent facilities, including a pool with a great view. The staff is friendly, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served.

There was one negative aspect that was disappointing. the hotel's minibar was frequently locked, and several guests reported having issues with it.
